Cut a figure into congruent pieces

A staircase of 16 equal cells sits on a 5-by-4 grid: the top row fills columns 3-5, the two middle rows fill columns 1-5, the bottom row fills columns 1-3. Triangles sit at row 1 column 3, row 1 column 4, row 2 column 4 and row 3 column 1; circles at row 2 column 2, row 3 column 2, row 3 column 5 and row 4 column 3. Cut along the grid lines into 4 pieces of the same shape and size. Give every piece exactly one circle and one triangle.

And each piece is a single connected block, so the cuts really do run along grid lines with nothing left dangling.
