Ethan's class graphed how many students are in each group. The girls-and-boys counts per group are Group 1: 3 and 4, Group 2: 3 and 3, Group 3: 3 and 1, Group 4: 2 and 5. Find the total number of students in the group where the difference between girls and boys is greatest.
